Tried to use a local company and let’s just say I’d rather weave my own carpet than ever walk in this building again. Our carpet showed up with a defect that the installer caught before installation. The sales woman was so abrasive and her “solution” of installing it and dealing with a patch and discount was pathetic. I asked for a timeline on when the new one would be in and she basically said I’m not a shipping company. This was the final step to finish a remodel which is now delayed.
