Tried to use a local company and let’s just say I’d rather weave my own carpet than ever walk in this building again. Our carpet showed up with a defect that the installer caught before installation. The sales woman was so abrasive and her “solution” of installing it and dealing with a patch and discount was pathetic. We replaced our old, builder-grade carpet and pad, and decided to use Northern Colorado Carpets due to their community roots. When we visited the showroom, Shari Ayala was amazingly helpful, and helped guide us in the right direction. Once we selected a carpet, measuring and installation was scheduled with ease. I’m extremely happy I chose Northern Colorado Carpet. I replaced my entire top floor with LVP, but unfortunately, the initial product had a manufacturer defect that only became clear after installation. Misty and the team were incredible! They worked with me to get it replaced at no cost. I’m thrilled with the final results and very impressed by a company that truly stands behind its work.
Shari was our rep and she went out of her way to help us chose the perfect carpet for our bedroom. We discovered a problem following the installation and Shari jumped right on it to make it right by having the installer return and fix it immediately. What a phenomenal place. Customer service was spectacular, and had a wide array of carpets samples to see and select from. I used to buy my carpet from Home Depot, but far too many times their install crew has failed me. This time I found my own carpet installer, and went to Northern Colorado Carpets to see their selection. They had carpets that were on par for price as Home Depot.
