I was very pleased with the care that I received. I was seen in the ER and I was in and out.
This hospital is the worst service ever. I called an ambulance because of mental health and they did nothing because I wouldn't say I was suicidal, which wasn't the problem. Then they dumped me out without any support, the next morning I got lost going from the hotel, Stagecoach inn to McDonald's. Later I got arrested. Now they are sending me bills for leaving me in a state where I needed mental health help and inpatient. My family and I are so grateful for N Cochise Community ER! We were traveling from Texas to Arizona when we had an emergency situation with our 6 week old baby in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully everything was okay afterwards, but we wanted to be sure and brought her to the ER. The staff took us back right away and every single one of them were so kind and caring! Unfortunately my Beautiful wife is no stranger to hospitals. But last Sunday was our first trip to this hospital. Head injury that was bleeding a lot Expert care from start to finish With a Dr that actually seemed to care and was very concerned about her condition He reminded me of the doctors of old that would still make house calls Total time in ER 2 an a half hrs which is Amazingly fast for any ER Very small hospital Not sure if they even have any beds available if they were to admit a patient.
