Purchased new furnace and air conditioner from them. Did the whole quote over the phone and email with pictures, texts, and a quick phone call. They were able to install my furnace in the crawl space when my first choice of company said it couldn't be done. They beat the first quote by over $3000, and they pointed out many mistakes and blatant misinformation the other company gave me.
