Contacted Northern Climate on a Thursday after the usual runaround with the "top" HVAC company in Elliot Lake. Immediately was connected with a sales/estimator. Incredible customer service from the get-go, and felt that my business was appreciated. Sent photos on Friday. Estimate on Monday. Technician pre-inspection on Tuesday, and I'm told that the furnace will be installed within the next two weeks. I'll complete my final review once all that's sorted.
