Went in for a messed up rear shoulder 2 years back or so, he gave me some stretches to do and it cleared up the pain, a year later went in with a messed up elbow/bicep, was sent home with some stretches and exercises and the pain went away after a short while, a few months back went in with my other front shoulder in pain, he gave me some stretches to do but this time the pain didn't go away..... because i wasn't doing the stretches, once i started doing the stretches with some regularity the pain sorted it self out. By far the best chiropractor I have seen. Dr. Kellen takes the time to help your muscles relax making the adjustment much more comfortable. Brie is very caring and works to get you scheduled when it is convenient for you. I highly recommend seeing them.
