Went in for a messed up rear shoulder 2 years back or so, he gave me some stretches to do and it cleared up the pain, a year later went in with a messed up elbow/bicep, was sent home with some stretches and exercises and the pain went away after a short while, a few months back went in with my other front shoulder in pain, he gave me some stretches to do but this time the pain didn't go away..... because i wasn't doing the stretches, once i started doing the stretches with some regularity the pain sorted it self out.
