We went to this store because we had a voucher to spend. They have a little bit of everything: furniture, appliances, art etc. We thought of getting some wall art for the new home. Most of it was not very appetiting. There is a lot of art framed behind glass, a lot less without glass in front of it (glare ...). We found a few though that we liked and thought of asking first, but then get them oof of the wall were they were hanging, pay and walk out. We askied a few people and they were all too busy to help. I ordered my oven and dishwasher after looking at their website by phone with Dominic. He was professional and courteous. The items were delivered by 2 very courteous men. I had my plumber install both Items.I even got a handwritten thank you from Dominic. I will certainly use this company for other appliances.

I was taken aback at the level of customer service I received. On Saturday 4/19 I called at 10:05 AM right after you opened. Went to voicemail. Left message that I was in the market for a new washer and picked the model but had some questions and asked for a call back before 11:00 AM as we had a family outing to attend. No return call back.
