I ordered my oven and dishwasher after looking at their website by phone with Dominic. He was professional and courteous. The items were delivered by 2 very courteous men. I had my plumber install both Items.I even got a handwritten thank you from Dominic. I will certainly use this company for other appliances.
I was taken aback at the level of customer service I received. On Saturday 4/19 I called at 10:05 AM right after you opened. Went to voicemail. Left message that I was in the market for a new washer and picked the model but had some questions and asked for a call back before 11:00 AM as we had a family outing to attend. No return call back. BE AWARE OF ONLINE ORDERING AND PAYING AHEAD!!! No words can express the lack of attention in customer service to buying an online purchase.. Don't offer the online service if you don't have the product, or because it wasn't sold by a salesperson and no one was going to make a commission or that your sales dept didn't think that price online was priced high enough?
