Highly recommended. I used the company to change a waterfall pump in a house I bought. The communication and service have been exemplary even when I had some questions and needed assistance months after the service. This company takes ownership of their work and definitely value their customers.
Paul responded to my inquiry quickly and started my job ahead of schedule. Replaced my waterfall pump as well as addresses issues with the installation.
We were a little dubious that anyone could rebuild our waterfall in a day or two, but Paul made it look so easy. It's not, he's just really good at what he does. Not to mention, he comes when he says he will and charges what he says he will. This is probably the best experience I have had hiring someone to do a job, ever.
I cannot recommend Paul Rubel highly enough! He immediately responded to my email and followed up quickly with a home visit and quote. His professionalism, expertise and artistry are unmatched in Pittsburgh. Paul listened carefully to my desire to have a meditative and peaceful area and in turn created a magical space with a beautiful water feature. Thank you so much Paul for my backyard “pocket of peace.”
