Friendly staff. Dr Jacob’s I kind and knowledgeable
After 20 years of being a patient, first with Dr. Guthaner, then with Dr. Reardon, then to Dr. Jacobs, the office called me 2 days before my mammogram to cancel my appointment. With no remorse, they simply did not have time to do it. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever encountered from a physicians office. Not only did they cancel, they were also going to charge an additional $450.00 outside of my 100% coverage for their services. I am simply appalled by their behavior.
There's nothing rushed or stressed at this place. I used to go to Dr Guthaner, and now I see Dr Jacobs. Both are AWESOME. I particularly love Dr Jacobs caring manner, unpretentious ways and of course her laser-focus on my mamo's. If you come here, don't be in a hurry. They run on time always, but you will probably be sent back once or twice for another "to be perfectly sure" photo. I for one am grateful as hell for this. I am doctor Jacob patient for many years, and I highly recommend her. I feel that she genuinely cares about me, and after leaving her office I never wandered "What if she was wrong?". A true professional!
