Went in to look seriously for a trailer. Managed to get pawned off onto someone who had no idea what we needed!
I’ve bought three Big Tex trailers from this dealer. Unfortunately it will be the last not due to the trailer but rather the customer service (lack thereof) and poor follow up. My newest trailer is a dump trailer and they promised a spare tire and mount both of which they honored. However, they had to weld the spare tire mount on to the trailer and they did so right over a stake pocket so now I cannot add a higher side. great service! good price. quality trailers... bought a big tex 10df and just looking at the build you can see the attention yo details like the edges arr rounded so you wont scratch yourself, other manufacturers don't bother to take that extra care ....
