I’ve already left a 1 star review before this but as you can see, they’ve deleted it so I’ll leave another as I’m still waiting on someone to contact me about the issues I had with Seneca Storm. It’s been 2 weeks and still no one has rectified this. Now, the review I left was deleted as they’re trying to hide the horrific people who work there. What a terrible practice of trying to silence someone with symptoms that were ignored and mocked. Symptoms blamed on my weight and tattoos.
Dr. Le and PA Viet took wonderful care of me. It was a very long surgery to grafty own bone and rebuild my spine before they could perform the fusion. I am healing well. I highly recommend them. They are extemely knowledgable and have great bedside mannerisms.
The staff was excellent.
I am very pleased with the care I received from the complete team I thank you all
