I was surprised by the previous review, because our experience was so different. This place is great! They don't have a fancy website or slick presentation, but Greg & Steve went above and beyond to get us a loan—when no other company would. From identifying errors on the credit report and making sure they were removed; to finding a lender to take on this old, rural property; to hunting down an insurance agent who'd issue a policy on it and locking in a great loan package on a complex escrow, Greg and Steve did it all. DO NOT GO! steve the head guy there can't be trusted. He say's he's a straight shooter but had been jerking me around for months. He is not about pleasing his customers he's just about the money.
