I came to this clinic because of my insurance. But even before that, I had heard wonderful things about the service here and I just got lucky enough to pursue fertility treatment with this group. I’m a nurse and I’m also a very anxious patient. My providers and care here was beyond exceptional. My primary doctor was Dr. lovely and she absolutely lives up to her name. I had some complications after my egg retrieval that were unrelated, and she took the time to bring me in to make sure everything was good on the reproductive e... read more
Horrible communication. No one from the clinic ever follows up with you like they said they would. It takes them nearly 4 days to a week to response to you through their portal. God forbid you miss a call from them.. And If you do return their call, you can never reach anyone or get a call back. They’ll recommend you to see a specialist, but won’t put in the referral like they said they would- you’ll end up having to follow up and endure the struggles of reaching someone. No sense of urgency, taking their sweet time from sch... read more

I have been going here for a couple months. The communications is horrible. No one seems to know what is going on with my treatment. You can never speak to the doctor. I have left so many voicemails without a return call back. I have honestly wasted so much money here, one it so expensive for every little thing they do, and they charge you more then they say. One person tells you something and you end up paying a different amount. They seem as if they don't care. The front desk is unprofessional. Bad enough that I have to ha... read more
Honestly couldn’t refer NCFMC more to anyone seeking fertility options. I have never felt so well taken care of by a medical facility. From initial consultation, I have had the best experience. All of the doctors are outstanding! I felt completely taken care of by my nurse as well. She was not only helpful and super responsive, but nurturing and comforting at the time I needed to be comforted. My doctor was Michael Murray and my Nurse was Wendy. If you’re so lucky to have Wendy, she is a breath of fresh air and treats you as... read more
