I understand prices in the more "rural" parts may be a bit higher but Northern Lumber is ridiculous. I rarely give poor ratings because I try to see the positive in everything but the only positive here is that it was closer than Lowe's, HD, or Menards. Northern Lumber is basically price gouging bc it knows that people may not want drive to TC in many circumstances. Example, the price for concrete mix, was $13.75+. That's insane. My son stuck a hot wheels car deep into my motorcycle's exhaust and the guys here were happy to take me into the shop and remove it for me! Legends!
After using Northern Lumber for many years, I proceeded to buy 2 more gallons of PPG paint that I purchased 2 years earlier. There was no pricing on the shelf so at check out I was shocked at the $101.19/gal!! I asked if it was a mistake but they said no. Then I find the same paint at Home Depot for $37.48/gal.
