I had a great experience buying a new car from Northern Beaches Toyota. Aaron was fantastic and a breath of fresh air compared to other competitor dealerships. Everything went smoothly and service was exceptional and even after the sale Aaron was extremely helpful with advice and support especially as it was the first time I'd owned a hybrid. I thoroughly recommend this place and especially dealing with Aaron.
horrible service
absolutely disgusting service from start to finish with this branch. Ordered a ute in November last year was told it would be here by January/feb latest. I chased them up close to arrival date on contract as I heard nothing from them just to be told it hadn’t been sent for production yet. Got given more dates in March, April, then may. Followed up this week and still not sent for production. A huge thank you to Damien Merlo in the Sales team for being incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions, his communication made the entire process so much easier. I also want to mention Sagar Neupane in the finance team, who was also very helpful. He clearly laid out and clarified the various finance options available to me, which I truly appreciated.
