After patient being admitted to Northern Beaches Hospital for urgent diagnostic investigations for Creudzfeldt-Jacob Disease, we have not been given any feedback on the results nor advice of what the prognosis is after 5 weeks of waiting. This is very disappointing.
Dr Patel is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. The front desk team are also lovely and very helpful.
Attended the clinic to undergo a nerve study and I could not praise Lyn the technician whom conducted the study any higher. As someone whom suffers with hyperhidrosis, her compassion towards myself and my condition and effort to ensure my comfortability was paramount during the appointment was evident. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the clinic b it especially Lyn, you are a treasure.
Receptionist was extremely kind and patient with my friend who was in a wheelchair and had forgotten to bring his wallet. But what was extremely heart warming to see the Neurologist come out to the waiting room and help wheel my friend into his room. I have never seen a doctor do that before for his patients. These specialists are exceptional and committed to helping people.
All staff were very kind and courteous
