Receptionist was extremely kind and patient with my friend who was in a wheelchair and had forgotten to bring his wallet. But what was extremely heart warming to see the Neurologist come out to the waiting room and help wheel my friend into his room. I have never seen a doctor do that before for his patients. These specialists are exceptional and committed to helping people.
All staff were very kind and courteous
I had an excellent experience with Northern Beaches Neurology at the Northern Beaches Hospital location in Frenchs Forest. I went there for neurological testing and honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. I had a medical emergency and needed to change my booking at short notice, even though they were fully booked, and the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating.
