I've had a very frustrating experience with this practice and Prof. Neil Simon. Communication is poor or non-existent with phone calls regularly dropped by reception and no response to email inquiries. They deliberately avoid answering questions in writing, likely to avoid a written record. Despite multiple requests, they have ignored my request for a copy of my medical records and couldn't explain why they were being denied under the Privacy Act. Dr Shelby is incredible, I came in extremely anxious about my symptoms. She tackled each of my million questions with patience, kindness, reassurance and professionalism. She at no point spoke down to me and was extremely thorough with her investigations. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
