Maybe builders like NB for their standard churn work but as an architect I would never use them again. Took over from a design-build company and what a mistake that was. Lack of care, sloppy hand drawings, lousy attitude and poor follow through to meeting deadlines. Warning: Don't ask them to coordinate the grid lines to follow the architectural because their policy is "we don't do gridlines".
