After using them for many years their customer service has disappeared!! For two years in a row the following has to be my evaluation of them!!! "It’s perfectly reasonable to not want to job or decline but disheartening to be completely ignored. It takes 30 seconds to respond to an email (twice). If I'm not worth that, I refuse to be your customer." No response from Owner. Happy for customer to wait 4 months for a response last year before staff responded to multiple requests. Great service — highly recommend! We live in a strata unit and had to deal with a lot of questions from strata. Another company we contacted wouldn’t even respond to our emails, but these guys made everything easy. Super helpful, professional, and no hassle at all
It’s not often the owner of the business cares enough about the business customers to be on the tools. George just finished a tricky job at our home and was very informative, super efficient and left the home cleaner than it was before he came.
