After using them for many years their customer service has disappeared!! For two years in a row the following has to be my evaluation of them!!! "It’s perfectly reasonable to not want to job or decline but disheartening to be completely ignored. It takes 30 seconds to respond to an email (twice). If I'm not worth that, I refuse to be your customer." No response from Owner. Happy for customer to wait 4 months for a response last year before staff responded to multiple requests. It’s not often the owner of the business cares enough about the business customers to be on the tools. George just finished a tricky job at our home and was very informative, super efficient and left the home cleaner than it was before he came. I was put in touch with this installations company by Actron air on 7th of Feb and followed up multiple times only to never receive any reply. It’s perfectly reasonable to not want to job or decline but disheartening to be completely ignored. Would recommend an installer with better customer service.
