Great guy to deal with. Checked over new to me 10 speed ford to make sure the problems I was having didn't need more attention. Absolutely will use his specialty skills if needed again in the future.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Northern Automatic Transmission. I brought in my Ford Explorer with the 10R60 transmission for service and had also booked a drivetrain fluid change. After inspecting the drivetrain fluid, they honestly advised that it was still in good condition and didn't need to be changed yet. They serviced the 10R60 transmission and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional team. Highly recommended!
Id stay away from these guys, Ive had 2 transmissions installed by these guys and both have had major issues The 1st transmisson lasted less than a year the torque convertor went out and they told me the whole transmission also was toasted. The 2nd Transmission I put less than 9,000km on and the torque converter bolts BACKED OUT.. Its a great day when a shop owner and his mechanic not only save the day and fix what another shop broke, but even better when you get the small town atmosphere feeling in this ever so growing city.
I called about my transmission loosing line pressure they got me in the very next day turned out it was a minor fix had me up and going in no time .now that being said it would have been so easy for them to miss lead me and say it was way more than what it was but they don't work that way thank you very much for your quality work and honesty definitely worth checking these guys out
