We bought a Diesel Ford Excursion from Jay. Exactly thirty days after we bought it, it left me stranded on the side of the highway with my tool trailer in tow. I managed to get it home that night thanks to a good friend and a trailer. Jay could have told me to pack sand. Instead, Jay paid to have the truck towed to the co-op and then paid to have the truck diagnosed and paid to have the truck fixed.
