Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brooks who was very accommodating with my hearing assessment. She was thorough during the examination and explanation. Georgiana at the front desk was also very helpful.
My experience with Terry Walters was wonderful. From the initial visit to get information about new hearing aids to actually purchasing them. He and his staff were courteous, professional and made you feel like they really cared about you. Terry went out of his way to give me high quality service and was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands of hearing aids and recommended the ones that would help solve my issues best. I just received my Hearing Aids (Never did I think I would need them) Terry Walters is great, he made the process so easy. He is very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. His office staff is wonderful they were very helpful when it came to my insurance and always called back promptly when i left a message. I see a long friendship with them.
