Some of the most rude front desk staff I've spoken to in a while. Incredibly unhelpful and borderline incompetent. I do not know if the girl on the phone was new and untrained or if she genuinely did not know what was going on. Either way getting anything done was more difficult than it should've been because of this experience
I've had excellent experiences with the health professionals and staff here. I feel I've received great care.
Very efficient. ANTOINETTE helped me getting my vaccine done. Cole did my blood draw. Front desk is also very friendly!
I have always received great customer service from the student staff. This is a great gym and training complex that is always clean and pleasant to exercise in. Much appreciated
