Very efficient. ANTOINETTE helped me getting my vaccine done. Cole did my blood draw. Front desk is also very friendly!
I have always received great customer service from the student staff. This is a great gym and training complex that is always clean and pleasant to exercise in. Much appreciated
Gave me the wrong antibiotics and made me sicker. Not cool.
I had to wait 2 and a half hours just to be seen by a nurse that messed up my flu and covid test, so I had to retake it. (They took 5 people that checked in after me, before myself) The front desk switched shifts 3 times while I was waiting and all 3 people had told me different information. The only good think I can say is the provider that helped me (Bella) was very kind and informative.
