This corporation does not know the meaning of customer service. My Doctor is good and I am happy with him, but it is difficult to get a timely appointment. Their real FAILURE is communication and following up on what they say. Having been treated for 4-5 months now when it comes to ANY communication from this corporation there is a huge FIREWALL so it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to ANYONE in ANY OFFICE. Absolutely terrible. A 10:45 appointment, I was seen at noon. Did no resolution, yet the bill was $700.00 Even though the travel is farther, I will not return to NAO. I'll be going back down to Mayo for much better care at a more reasonable cost.
Northern Arizona healthcare orthopedic specialists seems a little overrated for me. I read in their overall statement that they provide care and service 24/7. I tried to get my medication adjusted and they said because I had back surgery also that I need to contact the neurosurgeon for my medical needs even though it had everything to do with my broken leg.
