Very bad service, won't return your calls and are not concerned about your medications or your health care.
If you enjoy incompetence this IS emphasis IS the place to be. Northern Arizona Medical Group had numerous physicians leave in a week. The staff has a PARTY reputation. Good luck getting phone calls returned in less than a month.
The service I received from the office staff was unbelievably bad. My calls were not return by the office staff, the office manager Lori or PA Rosalyn. I had to go without blood pressure medication I had been taking for 15 years because the prescription was denied at the pharmacy. No one would return my calls to let me know why. I had to find another doctor’s office to get the care I needed.
