I’m so disappointed with this facility, my mother was transferred to Haven Health from FMC for skilled nursing care for Physical Therapy for a few weeks. Within less than 24 hours of leaving my mother in their care she fell and broke her arm. My mother said she tried pressing her call button on her bed bcuz she needed to use the restroom but “NO ONE” came to assist her, so she attempted to get out of bed to get to her bedside commode, not to mention she was a fall risk patient who had a fractured hip, sadly no one cared to a... read more
