Went with my husband, he had a CT scan.
Went there with a friend who had blood work done. We were in and out in no time and the next day I went back to pick up the test results. They were very accommodating and printed it out so I could take it to my friend. Thumbs up - they were very friendly and professional.
Its incredible how inefficient this lab is. Check in takes 1/2 hour! Labcorp takes 30 seconds...why would anyone continue to use this facility? It has a feel of a dying retail store(Sears) just before it declared bankrupcy...no sense of urgency, empty offices everywhere...inefficient processes still being used...
The Sedona branch has mostly friendly staff. They seem proficient and the people waiting for labs or x-rays have short waits.
