This facility and the team here completely changed what could have been one of the most stressful days of our lives into something we left feeling calm and taken care of. Allison Kirshner's office has poor communication and organization skills are too busy to their jobs and treat you like a number rather than a person. She did not listen and prescribed pointless medication.Staff didn't check insurance for anything before they ordered things. Failed at basic and reasonable care. Will not go back. NAH in general is a nightmare..
They have poor communication and organization skills with bad follow through. NP did not listen, prescribed pointless medication and treated my health issue like it wasnt important. Staff didnt check insurance for anything before they ordered things.
Some of the worst experience Ive had with NP and their staff. Non responsive, extremely slow, bad follow up and show little concern over patients health. Did to feel in good hands at all.
The doctors here and their assistants have poor communication and organization skills and plain lazy with follow through. Dr did not listen, prescribed pointless medication and treated my health issue like it wasnt important. Staff ad dr didnt check insurance for anything before theY ordered things and then told me to call my insurance. Every other Dr office Ive ever used has staff to check things with insurance first. I Will be changing my Dr.
