Great staff and great doctors. My doctor listens to me and he answers any questions I have and he is a nice person. He has a good sense of humor. He makes me feel comfortable. I am grateful that I found a good pulmonologist .The building is very nice and clean and everyone is very helpful and nice.
I wish more Doctors were more like Dr. Gibbens. He listens,we discuss treatment and he returns phone calls. Nobody else I have met ever does that. No wonder you are always booked.
Dr Gibbons is very comforting and he is very knowledgable, as he wants to rule out the worst first. He is a great Dr. Dawn Rankin
Roberta Funck is a great PA... we've only met once. Her staff on the other hand is another story. I have big problems with my thyroid that should have been brought to the attention of Roberta after the office received my labs. I called her medical assistant 7 days ago and left a message. No call back. I left a message with the front desk 4 days ago.... no call back. They do not answer the phone in this office. UPDATE: last telemed appointment....they didn't call.
