The lab at medical facility is very incompetent. Just because someone quit, my husband's labs fell into the black hole of hell. Sitting at doctor's office now trying to get things straightened out. Having to book yet another appointment do to someones incompetent and lack of doing there job properly. The whole entire medical industry in this state is incompetent and your patients are the one to suffer. Went for x-ray but they required a doctor's form havent had much luck getting anything done at this location at one point they even lost my blood work ! How does that happen ? Wife saw dr taylor regarding her knee he had no intrest in what she had to say about her pain. Needless to say another nail in the coffin of this facility not returning.
This facility is heartless! I needed blood drawn for my chemo medicine. We were told I had to be registered by 12:45. It was 12:42 and they wouldn't register me. Told me to drive 40 minutes to Cottonwood or come back Monday. This was the day before Thanksgiving and I'm visiting from North Carolina so it had to be done.
Well, it's a good thing I didn't listen to the doctors at this clinic or I would probably be dead of a heart attack sooner or later, I told them multiple times about my chest pain and all they did was both times put me on an EKG and then tell me I was fine and offered no referral or further treatment. I found a better doctor who referred me to a cardiologist and after a number of tests it was determined that I needed Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, which I had last month and already feel much better.
