My appointment (08/26/2026 with the doctor was perfect…., but I have now been setting in the Xray waiting area for a simple Xray of my neck, and so far I have been waiting 45 minutes. This to me is unacceptable.
Rachel Hansen NP is amazing. I have been searching for a primary care that cares for me, and listens to me, and I have found that in Rachel. I’m so pleased with my visit, it was great from start to finish, including my work up from the Medical Assistant, Terrie. I’m so glad I went here, and feel so positive about the care I received. When we moved back to Flagstaff some years ago, NAH seemed to be in turmoil. My sense was the staff folks were good, but management had lost direction and simply didn't play well with other providers. Then, we moved down to lower elevation at Camp Verde, and happily, the CV primary care facility shows, just as the Flagstaff facility showed in recent years, that things have vastly improved.
