My brother lives in Cottonwood. Has terminal cancer and is living in a shack with no water or electricity. Hospice can't seem to find him a place for care. I think you people are hoping he'll die in the heat where he lives. No one is allowed to give him money for food or drink as he must be destitute before he can get help. He is destitute. Hes starving and dying in your city! Someone please get him into your hospice facility
