This place is putting lives at risk. I called them in June 2024 several times with no answer, the phone just rings. I had a referral put in from a doctor's office in July to be seen for suspected colon cancer and today 12/30/24 I just now received a call back! Thankfully I pushed to go elsewhere to have my cancer diagnosed and treated. The excuse of the late call back was "we're busy" and "sorry". The office is patient unfriendly. I had to reschedule three times because I am chronically ill. I always did it at least a week ahead of time so that they could get another person in there. They said I couldn't come back because I had rescheduled so many times. Reason was because I took a space someone else could have had. What? They have a long list of people waiting and didn't call anyone? Also, several years ago I saw Dr. Overhiser for digestive problems. It was a dire situation. Seconding another reviewer here in that Renee, their billing person, was awful to deal with. I had to appeal an approximately $1,500 mistake in billing. The simple colon screening should have been covered, but Renee implied I didn't know anything when in fact my insurance provider told me the office messed up in their coding (a simple fix if dealing with a competent billing department). I just don't get the negative reviews here. Perhaps someone had a bad day, or maybe there was a problem employee at one time, I can't say, but I just finished my fourth colonoscopy in 20 years with Dr. Trujillo and think I have a pretty good idea of what the norm is. I've never had a bad experience here. For the latest procedure, in particular, everyone was super friendly, from start to finish. Keep in mind that they perform a lot of procedures each day.
