I needed a part (glass shelf) for my refrigerator and they had it shipped to my house and I had it installed in minutes 😁
If it can be fixed, I'd rather fix it vs. buying new, thats just my preference. Randy was responsive, on time, and honest. He did not fix our microwave, but what I appreciated was his honesty and transparency in how much it would cost to repair so we could weigh our options. We ended up choosing to buy a replacement microwave, but 100% worth the modest service fee.
