Northern Air has always been very responsive to our needs when we needed them. They don’t try to upsell you … they address the issue and replace that part. I trust Northern Air to be fair and honest.
Northern Air was able to quickly respond to our failing system and replace it with a new compressor that is much quieter and more efficient. We are very happy with the result.
Alex helped us get our heat up and running for our restaurant opening at Dakan in Nevada City. Great, efficient work and super knowledgeable. 10/10
Im giving them 4 stars because the staff that I COULD get a hold of and interact with were very nice. Im writing this in hopes that the owner sees this and gets some help for their team. It seems to me that they are over tasked and understaffed. I called to have an estimate done on a project for my small business. It took them a week to get back to me. Their vehicle is seen littering and dumping in my residence's dumpsters. We get charged for it and can't throw our own trash out. If a dumpster is behind a fence and behind a business, maybe don't use them for your filter trash and massive boxes please.
