Sent one person who was poorly trained the rig was junk. The stretcher was not working Nurses had to lift the wheels. The driver was not socially competent and didn’t have the basic skills to do the job I wouldn’t have them move my dog.
Northern Access shouldn't have left my Mother sitting at the Clinic for 30 minutes, waiting to get back to Carefree Living Facility in Aurora!!! There's NO EXCUSE for this!!!!! What this person should have done, was wait for my Mother to get done. Or at least, be within minutes of her.
I worked here. Place should be shut down. Its corrupt to the core and is a straight up scam on the insurance system. Very unsafe shotty vehicle's that all have over 300,000 miles and the manager breaks dot standards on a daily basis. Worst yr of my life im glad its over..
