After spending around $12,200 on our trucks at this shop. We decided to cut ties with these guys and take our business and vehicles elsewhere. The sales person Matt went above and beyond. The major issues we had mainly revolve around one person, which is Dan. 1) At first we noticed one of our payments towards the first invoice was rejected (after the payment went through online). I Seen there ad..so I wanted to some work on my 2015 ford f150..got in contact with Matt and we discussed different things about a lift for my truck..so ended up getting a 3” lift new shocks springs control arms..and it looks great..did a great job.. I went in for an appointment yesterday and they checked out all the torque specs on the work they had done.. I was in and out in no..thanks Northern 4x4..nice job
