I have not had the opportunity to use this business, but I did have an issue with my fireplace. As I was calling around town to talk to a technician, these guys were the only ones willing to talk to me without scheduling a consultation and troubleshoot my issue with me. When we couldn’t solve it within a couple minutes, they recommended a trusted company that could help us with a valve replacement. No charge for a conversation.
