I have had automatic payments for a year and they told me I missed 2 payments and hit my credit. On my statements it does not specify I have been late. Unhappy.
Have been a member for 23 years. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Supportive and flexible when I applied for an equity loan years ago. Feels like family.
They lied about the due date of my loan. Their representatives are not very knowledgeable
