I have two say that this is by far a better place to get your water heater than the big box stores. I had a bit of a snafu in that I had to replace an old propane heater. When I got the replacement, they gave me a natural gas heater instead of propane. Unfortunately this was not noticed.l you installation. It operated fine for about 3 months then stopped working.
