I have an old toilet that I needed to replace the trip lever on. I went to the Elkton, MD location with the part that I needed to replace and with pictures of the piece as it looks after installation for advice / expertise and was assured that the part that I "Special Ordered" would work. The part was actually the opposite of what I needed so I tried to return it and buy the correct one. No big deal...... Worse experience ever, once they sell you anything, you stuck with it. They will not even accept replacement or return and their price is double what you get for the same items from Any retail like Home Depot or Amazon. Don’t even try waste of money
These guys know their stuff. Took about 2 minutes to figure out a solution to my issue, while other " experts" were stumped.
