Horrible customer service. i had an odd plumbing situation and wasn't exactly sure what the name of what I needed was. The guy behind the counter acted like I was scum and it was not his job to have a friendly conversation about the situation. I was the only one at the counter because I deliberately waited for the other customers to be helped first. This is the second time with the same guy so im leaving a review about it. if you hate your job, get a different one!
All the employees at the Easton Branch are awesome and very helpful when you need any plumbing stuff they are on it I'll always get my plumbing parts there I'm a customer for life
Went in today Saturday almost time to close and Mike went out of his way to help me find the right toilet. Won't bore you with the whole story just know that if there is an employee of the month that dude deserves it.
Great service and had exactly what was needed.
