Our experience with this clinic was terrible. Our doctor was absent throughout our treatment. When he was engaged he was rude and seemed completely uninvested in our treatment or available to discuss lab results or scans. Everything was input into our portal with zero communication of what numbers meant. I inquired after our first treatment about the future communication of our scans and lab results and was told it wasn’t possible for them to speak with every patient given their patient volume. From the website to the ALL of the ancillary staff to Dr. Murray, this practice has helped give me some hope and take some of the burden off of my past 15months of major health issues going through all sorts of specialists...AND they are doing so in the heat of the pandemic.
