My experience with Dr. O at Northeast Pulmonary was nothing short of appalling. Referred by my PCP for wheezing, I encountered Dr. O's unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the moment I walked in. Despite hoping his demeanor might improve (we all have bad days) at the follow-up to obtain test results, I was met with the same rude behavior. I initially started going here because I was having trouble breathing. I see Dr. O. And he is phenomenal, not only did he address my breathing issue, he got my sleep apnea under control. His receptionist Jen is extremely awesome and very helpful. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. The only thing I can say is there is usually a little bit of a wait when you have the appointment but when you see a phenomenal DR. I was billed $150 for not up showing up for my appointment. I tried calling them to let them know that I couldn’t make it but never got any response. They billed me $150 and I didn’t know that’s in their policy. Terrible.

Denied me another appointment because I left due to the whole office in the parking lot playing corn hole. While they should have been open at the time.
