Never been treated so horribly when to get shot and was refused vital medicine for my asthma.
I have severe allergies and recently I was helped by Heather! She assisted all my needs and even went above and beyond. She’s patient and nonjudgmental what I would call the perfect doctor.
Absolutely mind blown as i have had asthma since i was born on steroids inhalers and nebulizers since i was a baby! And have seen them many times as theyre my pulmonologist... my dr left the practice there and its been a while since ive seen them HOWEVER today all of a sudden theyre claiming my nebulizer solutions are not in their charts or my history they got me a brand new nebulizer a while back and had prescribed inhalers and nebulizer solution and alllll of a sudden they claim no history of it its in all my drs charts se... read more
Warning!!!!!!!! RUDE,obnoxious staff!!! Took day off of work for testing showed 15 early the rude b tch says machine is broken and need to reschedule, then she says I have another appointment in 3 days but now the doctor quit, so they dint have a doctor!!! So I asked my results from my ct.scan from 2 weeks ago then she says oh.were are having issues with the radialost and I won't be 8 to 10 weeks for results!!!!! OMG!!!! My experience with Dr. O at Northeast Pulmonary was nothing short of appalling. Referred by my PCP for wheezing, I encountered Dr. O's unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the moment I walked in. Despite hoping his demeanor might improve (we all have bad days) at the follow-up to obtain test results, I was met with the same rude behavior.
