He showed up ready to work with no complaints and always was in a good mood. He spent hours working with JJ from patriot plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They clearly were knowledgeable about how to fix issues, worked efficiently, and took care in their repair. Early this morning we had a pipe burst in the wall of our apartment- this was a catastrophic experience, but Steve from NE Mechanical was AMAZING. Truly our hero. Despite multiple set backs, Steve spent hours with us working with JJ from Patriot Plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They even worked hard to clean up after themselves. Truly the best guys.
