Showed up on time and performed fantastic work. There was no inconvenience.
Northeastern Chimney rebuilt our massive 47 year old chimney recently. It is about five foot wide and they had to take down a large portion of it due to age and tree damage. They were able to find the exact brick (which wasn’t easy) and rebuild it. We are so happy with how it turned out. You wouldn’t even know they touched it it came out so good. We are super happy with Joe and his crew. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for the great job!!!!!!
Wanted to say thank to everyone who took care of our chimney and got it cleaned and going. Thanks to the guys who came today and cleaned it they where really nice and no mess at all!!. Thank you and have a great holidays.

Horrible treatment towards my sister living on disbility due to a brain tumor , man in charge called her a piece of shit in front of several people because she questioned why her bill jumped from 150.00 last year to 483.00 for the same service.

They were very good with the cleaning unfortunately our chimney apparently needs a lot of work so it looks we're going to change over to a propane insert. Justin explained all that was going on and our options so now were heading over to Northeastern to find a new and much more efficient option. He took a lot of time trying to remedy the situation but it would've entailed more extreme measures so we are giving up the wood. Overall they went above and beyond trying to make it work. Thanks guys.
