I was totally blown away by this jewelry store! I went in to ask them about a braclet that I have. A woman named Lori was kinder than kind. She helped me with my questions about the braclet. She didn't have to do that, but yet she did. She was amazing! Because of this, Northeastern Fine Jewlers will be my jewlers! Thank you again Lori for being so kind!

My husband brought my ring here after it broke to get a lot of different things done to it, (fixing it, resizing, replace diamonds, ext.) and they did AMAZING! I couldn't be happier! Looks brand new and fits my finger how it should now! Highly recommend!

I brought an anniversary band purchased somewhere else in for replacement of a missing diamond. The person at the counter was knowledgeable and friendly and brought the piece to the jeweler for initial assessment. I was provided a description of the manufacturing problem that led to the diamond being lost, the work they would perform, warranty information on their work, and a fair price for the diamond and repair efforts.
