The staff has always been super helpful and very friendly. My wife and I got our wedding bands there and they were very understanding and patient while my poor wife had to communicate between me on the phone at work and the salesman there about what kind of ring I wanted (we wanted to make sure we got their March sale on wedding rings). They are also the only place in the area I've found that actually sells replacement watch bands that are not exclusively for an Apple watch.

This is the best jewelry store around! They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, a great inventory, and exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I loved working with Northeastern Fine Jewelry! They were professional and trustworthy! They worked ahead of schedule, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail was superior. I will return to them for my future jewelry needs! I am very satisfied and pleased!

I was totally blown away by this jewelry store! I went in to ask them about a braclet that I have. A woman named Lori was kinder than kind. She helped me with my questions about the braclet. She didn't have to do that, but yet she did. She was amazing! Because of this, Northeastern Fine Jewlers will be my jewlers! Thank you again Lori for being so kind!
