Very accommodating. Noah, Jim, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me with my watch and offered to polish other gold for me. This is the second time I’ve been to the glens falls location and have nothing but good things to say about them.

The staff has always been super helpful and very friendly. My wife and I got our wedding bands there and they were very understanding and patient while my poor wife had to communicate between me on the phone at work and the salesman there about what kind of ring I wanted (we wanted to make sure we got their March sale on wedding rings). They are also the only place in the area I've found that actually sells replacement watch bands that are not exclusively for an Apple watch.

This is the best jewelry store around! They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, a great inventory, and exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.
