Our visit to NE Eye was great. Welcomed by very nice staff and Doctor very professional and pleasant. We drive a bigger distance because we like that office. Both my husband and I had checkups.
Front desk people were very nice. They have an online pre-checkin which is very helpful, but you still have to do a checking review. I thought they used to have a patient portal for billing and to retrieve a summary of your visit and copy of any Rx's but I couldn't find it. That would be a help to me as I travel.
