The whole staff was Very kind .Dr who seen me explained everything detail to detail.
I usually have such good experience here, but the Optical Techs have dropped the ball twice now this month. The doctor was wonderful! However, my daughter’s insurance provides two pairs of glasses. I was told they have to order them separately (one the day after the other). However, my daughter’s second pair was never ordered. I called about two weeks after we picked up the first pair asking for them to please order the second pair. They never even told us the first pair was in! Very friendly, and relaxing.
The service was absolutely wonderful. My Dr Paul Maglioli is very thorough and is a pleasure to be his patient. Very informative and such great repore with his patients! Thank You.
