Told to call after 3 days and they would order them. Nope... 3 phone calls, one show up without an appointment... Another wait... A month later I finally get someone on the phone. They don't even know what they are ordering yet... They refuse to return phone calls. If I hadn't already put my insurance in for the visit I would be going somewhere else. Guess I'll be looking for a new doctor next year .
I had a glaucoma test yesterday. It's good to know the condition of my eyes. I have a recheck in 6 months. I have no complaints about this doctor or office.
I won't mention where I went prior but Northeastern Eye Institute is so much better! Great customer service! You won't be sorry.
Very Friendly and professional. Truly care about there patients.
The place is huge and clean. The staffs are very nice.
