Doctors here are great, however it’s incredibly difficult to receive even basic customer service. I was told I didn’t need an appointment to stop in and discuss my contact lens trials with the doctor. However, when I arrived, I ended up waiting for an hour for a five-minute conversation, simply because the front desk never informed the doctor I was there. The Doctor was amazing! Don't expect a call back from the when your glasses come in, even if you leave a message yo have someone call back they won't. You will have to physically go into the office to talk to a human at this office.
Never return calls even in emergencies go somewhere else this place is terrible
Told to call after 3 days and they would order them. Nope... 3 phone calls, one show up without an appointment... Another wait... A month later I finally get someone on the phone. They don't even know what they are ordering yet... They refuse to return phone calls. If I hadn't already put my insurance in for the visit I would be going somewhere else. Guess I'll be looking for a new doctor next year .
I had a glaucoma test yesterday. It's good to know the condition of my eyes. I have a recheck in 6 months. I have no complaints about this doctor or office.
