I finally found an Eye Dr. That solved my allergy problem after all these years. Dr.Gilbert went above and beyond, actually cares and was determined. Her staff is also amazing. So glad I found this office that is also out of my way but worth it.
Do not trust what they tell you. After they check your insurance and tell you that you owe "X" they will send you a bill 8 months later. To top it off when you try and contact a representative by phone, by email, chat, social media, etc. no one ever responds.

Having been going to this establishment for several years with no issues until this year. Had an appointment scheduled at the Kingston office was txt that morning that the appointment had to be rescheduled. I understand things happen. I recently moved to mountaintop so I rescheduled with that office. I was sent a reminder and was told if I missed the appointment I would be a no show and charged. I would highly recommend northeastern eye Institute in mountain top.The staff was highly professional and comfortably personable. The ophthalmologist on staff had patience and took her time explaining to me every detail of my condition. I would especially like to thank the optician Kalan Horvath for taking time to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. They all did a great job.
