The staff and Doctor Melanie are very thorough and caring
Greeted with smiles upon arrival. Office very clean. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Completed check-in and Nick took me to an examining room. Initial eye screening. Nick was very kind, calm & professional. He explained the eye procedure. He did not rush through the exam. The office atmosphere is very calm/welcoming. Dr. Gilbert entered and explained what eye exam would be done for this visit.
