Phone staff extremely rude... Needs customer service training ASAP!!!!
Highly recommend Doctor Paul Maglioli , OD ( Optometrist ) not only does a great full examination , he goes above explaining with details education on eye health care and vision. 👍👍
The eye doctor part was very good. However, I ordered two pairs of glasses, one regular and one sunglasses. Spent close to a grand. It's been 6 weeks and one pair has been delivered, no clue about the other. Edited to remove my frustrated rant about their hours. My not being aware of those was my fault, not theirs.
My disabled father has lots of problems with his eyes due to extensive health issues. The staff is always rude. No patience, no empathy, no smiles. It’s such a disappointing experience every single time we visit this location. If there were other facilities available, we would leave immediately.
