BEWARE!! CROOKS!! Only printed the first page of our insurance benefits to avoid answering questions!! Charged $468 for eyeglasses that should've only been $203!! It took 2 calls to our insurance and 3 calls ending with a manager on their end to finally get our problem resolved. DO NOT TRUST THEY HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART!! Always ask questions! Every time I have an appointment here, no matter what time of day I have to wait for a rediculous amount of time. I wait an hour in the waiting room and then another 45 minutes once they call me back before I'm even SEEN by my doctor! HORRIBLE! Clear your whole day and if you have kids make sure you stop at the bank to pay the sitter!! This last appointment they even canceled on me by sending me a postcard in the mail and rescheduling me a day and time without contacting me.
