UPDATE - This place closed with zero notice to patients other than a sign taped to the front door of an empty building. Dr. Alexa has been warm, caring and very accommodating in this process. She has been straightforward with what was needed, what was possible and best plan to get the necessary results. I just can't give enough praise to her and the entire team.
